SHANK World Sport becomes GRNDSTND
New website to come soon
Coverage of sports from the grassroots to the Olympic Games and more

GRNDSTND will become a standalone sports platform from MH, and sister platform to SHANK, and will cover all sports aside from golf, which will allow SHANK to be a solely golf-focused platform. GRNDSTND, pronounced as "Grandstand", will cover a wide range of sports such as Football, Rugby, Tennis, Winter Sports, Sailing, Surfing, Boxing, and much more including the Olympic Games and other major events. GRNDSTND will also cover local grass roots sports in Scotland including the Highland Games, Amateur and Semi-Professional Football and Rugby, and much more.
GRNDSTND 2025 Summer includes some of the following:
FIFA Club World Cup original articles, and match reports from 13 June to 13 July
Usyk v Dubois 2 original articles and reports leading up to and including 19 July
Lions Tour to Australia original articles and match reports from 20 June to 2 August
UEFA Women's Euro original articles and match reports from 2 July to 27 July
St Andrews Highland Games original on-site coverage from Matt Hooper Photography, Sunday 27 July
Scottish Professional Football League on-site match coverage from Matt Hooper Photography, season begins 2 August
Howe of Fife Rugby, on-site coverage from Matt Hooper Photography, season begins in September
GRNDSTND will carry all the important news from the sports media world from the likes of Sky, Warner Bros Discovery, DAZN, BBC and ITV, as well as NBC Universal, and will cover a wide variety of important sporting subjects. We will also have news from the International Olympic Committee, World Rugby, World Surf League, SAIL GP, IndyCar, FIS Ski, UEFA, Americas Cup, and many more sports organisations.
GRNDSTND will be also home to several unique and original features on sport from Matt Hooper Photography, including the continuation of 'OUR GAME - Community and Identity through Football', with much more besides to come in the future of the platform.
